We are recruiting for a Call Handler to work in our busy Operations Centre in Derby.

The role entails dealing with vehicle breakdowns, recoveries and accidents; you will be required to accept incidents and dispatch them to the relevant technicians or drivers.

You will also be required to deal with our customers and answer any queries or concerns they raise in a professional and courteous manner.

You must be able to work within a busy environment and have an excellent telephone manner. General administrative tasks will also be required.

Shifts consist of 4 on 4 off incorporating days, afternoons, evenings and nights.

Competitive rates of pay

The role entails collecting vehicles from given locations and transporting them to any destination within the UK.

You will be responsible for checking the vehicle and all paperwork must be completed with due care and attention.

You will be expected to have a good understanding of the UK driving regulation and the working time directive.

Various shifts are available.
